I moved to Canada in 2003 to study Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the University of Lethbridge. During my time at the University of Lethbridge, I was a Global Ambassador for the International Students Center for 4 years. I was the first point of contact for incoming international students. I was responsible for speaking to potential students, giving pre-arrival advice, speaking about my experience, and hosting new students upon arrival.
While at the University of Lethbridge, I had two internships, attended conferences, worked on campus, interacted with various professors, and mingled with students from all over the globe. After graduation, I went to work in the private and public sectors in various human resources capacity. My professional experience has spanned across corporate and industrial capacities, both in the private and public sector. I have worked for various Fortune 500 companies and was recently worked in a HR Manager capacity for the largest gold miner in the world.
I went through evolving years of applying for my study permits, work permits and Canadian citizenship. As a Global Ambassador for the International Students Center, I advised potential students on academics, career, and social life. Over the years I have been involved with processing successful Canadian immigration portfolios. The immigration processing involved both serving business and individual clients.
